BiWeekly Report/Compliance Report

One you sign up for my Online Coaching, every 2 weeks, you are required to submit a ‘compliance report’.

Here are the direct links to both forms (you do need to be logged in to view them); and a quick video to see what is required.

It is a 2 page report of all your weekly meals, and training, and a small reflection to let me know what is going on with your and your lifestyle, habits and mindset.  This report is due twice per month.

It probably takes around 15 mins to fill out both pages.
So as a former math, let’s take a look at the numbers:

If there are 24 hours per day X 7 days per week X 60 mins per hour = 10 080 minutes per week.
I need 30 mins of them.

This form is your YOU and feedback for ME on how to ajdust and modify your program to get you to your GOALS.

If you are not tracking, and kinda, not really, but maybe not eating on plan, or not really logging your food, how am I to assess that?

It is very hard for me to help guide you, if you are logging the required information, as I don’t know what you are doing, really, you don’t either.  So tracking your meals, through my app, and ultimately to the compliance report is essential.   If we are not assessing, we are guessing.    Rather than make a guess (although an educated one ? ) , I would rather know (good or bad) what you have or have not been doing with your food.

You have hired me for a reason, and my only outcome goal is to get you to where you want to be.
