He is better known to most trainers as the ‘glute guy’. If you are interested in building your glutes chances are you have come across his work, including the weighted glute bridge, and hip thrust. This moves get a few head nods at the gym when you do it.
I had a chance to meet him at an NSCA Personal Trainers conference in 2014. He is very passionate about the glutes, and his research in this area.
