How I got here…
(coles notes version)

My fitness journey began after graduating from the University of Western Ontario and finishing my cheerleading career. Inspired by the Fitness America Series on ESPN, I decided to compete. While earning my education degree at the University of Prince Edward Island, I discovered Oxygen magazine and prepared for my first show, which set the stage for my career.

After graduation, I balanced life as a high school math teacher and a fitness competitor/model. Marriage, a house, and my son Zachary (now 16) followed, and pregnancy reshaped my approach to fitness. After struggling to balance it all, I left teaching, became a full-time personal trainer in 2010, and later transitioned into online coaching.

The birth of my second child, Owen (now 6), sparked my desire for more flexibility, leading me to create my own home studio in 2020. Today, I focus on my family, staying fit, and coaching both in-person and online while helping clients build strength and muscle with simplified training programs.
