Greek Salad

 

4 – Italian tomatoes

1 – English cucumber

2 oz Low Fat Feta cheese

2 TBSP Renee’s reduced fat Greek dressing

 

  1. Dice tomatoes. Drain on paper towel
  2. Dice English cucumber. Drain on paper towel.
  3. In a medium bowel, weigh, and break a part 2oz reduced fat feta cheese.
  4. Add cucumber, and tomatoes.
  5. Stir in 2 TBSP Renee’s reduced fat Greek dressing.
  6. Serve immediately or let stand to let the flavors meld.
