Whether it be to build body confidence, have less back pain in your daily life, or just be able to put the heavy pots on the top shelf, I am 100% committed to your success.
You will learn about your nutrition, how to train, how to schedule fitness into your lifestyle, and stay consistent over time.
There will be bumps in the road — expect them.
Life is never perfect, but we will try to work around anything and everything to get you to your goals.

Personal Training & Online Coaching
My coaching is divided into 2 tracks – Studio A Personal Training clients, and Group Online Lifestyle Coaching. I also offer program design (1-offs), and downloadable pre-designed programs.
Office Hours
I work exclusively from home, and try to keep a tight schedule of 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. However, as a small business owner, there are no off days. Weekends, I try to reserve for family, and downtime.
In-app messaging, is the best way to get ahold of me.
Vacation
For holidays, as parent, I often follow the school calendar. As an entrepreneur, I take very few days off.
There are the obvious ones, such as Christmas (a few days), New Year’s (1-2 days), March Break (sometimes away traveling), and a few other weeks, such as summer holidays, or a special trip overseas.
For the most part, I can work from anywhere, and travel with my phone and my laptop.
Payment Carts
Paypal or Stripe.
Billing
Payments are on a 4-week cycle, based on your coaching package. We use Stripe and/or Paypal. Please be aware of your billing cycle, if you would like to cancel, you must provide a minimum of 2 weeks, notice to cancel, before your payment is due. If your payment is posted w/o notice, there will be no refunds.
BiWeekly
Your biweekly is due on the first, and third Mondays of the month. This gives me feedback on how things are going and allows me to make informed decisions on the direction, and adjustment of your program.
I cannot guide you, to your goals, if I do not HEAR from you. You are given notice for your check-in including reminders. I will not chase you down for your biweekly.
Communication is one key to your success.
Confidentiality
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code, and your personal information will never be shared.
Your photos, information, will never be given to a third party.
If I would like to use your photos for a before & after shot, or social media/web, I ask permission before posting.
Questions
If you have questions, about anything and everything fitness-y related, feel free to post in the group chat, or send me a message directly.
If something is not working, let me know asap. If you have an amazing workout or new PR, I would love to hear about it.
Either way, if you have something on your mind you want to discuss, let me know.

To ensure top-quality results, your commitment to the program is key.
If you take more time, to get organized, go on vacation, or have trouble implementing parts of the program, it will ultimately affect results.
