🍑Exercise is the magic pill….  Whether at home or in the gym, yes, you can build your glutes to be stronger, rounder, or bigger.

Here are a few exercise, to get you started on your glute training journey. The list is not exhaustive but enough to get you started. These are your foundational glute building exercises.

1. Barbell Glute Bridges
2. Dumbbell Hip Thrusts
3. Single Leg Hip Thrusts
4. Cable Glute Kickbacks (+ variations)
5. Smith Machine Glute Kickbacks
6. Machine Glute Kickbacks
7. Machine Abductions
8. Side Lying Hip Abductions
9. Hyperextensions
10. Reverse Hyperextensions

📌Quick Tips   ✨A well designed training program works faster than random workouts.  ✨Your nutrition can help support your muscle building goals — ensure you are eating enough protein to support your training.
 ✨Track and log your weights/reps, so you can try to beat yourself each workout.   ✨Add reps, or increase load (2.5-5lbs) on at least 1 exercise per workout. This is how you ‘progressive overload’ over time.
