Studio A Personal Training is an exclusive, appointment-only studio in Sherbrooke, Quebec. We focus on proper technique, skill progression, and gym education, while helping you overcome fitness roadblocks. Expect safe, challenging workouts tailored to your goals—just show up ready to train, and we’ll handle the rest.

Business Hours

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. For online coaching or a hybrid approach, please visit the coaching page.

Training Sessions

Training sessions are 50 minutes.

The first session includes a health history discussion, fitness goals, and a movement/strength assessment. For former clients, a re-assessment is recommended if over a year has passed.

Regular sessions include warm-up, workout (exercises, reps, sets, weight), technique tips, stretching, and fitness education to ensure the best possible experience, whether training with me or on your own.

Facilities

Bathroom and shower facilities are available, along with hand sanitizer for your convenience.

Parking

Arrive at your scheduled time and park in front of the garage or at the end of the driveway.
Feel free to turn around and back in if preferred. Enter through the garage door to access the ground-floor studio.

Sessions & Cancellations

Session Bookings

I use an online system where clients can self-book, modify, or cancel sessions. Once registered, you’ll have your own account to manage bookings up to 5 weeks in advance. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours ahead and canceled or moved 48 hours prior. For late changes, contact me directly via call/text.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session incur a $25 fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations without notice will be charged in full.
  • If you’re over 15 minutes late, the session will be shorter, but we’ll maximize the remaining time.
