As my body progresses thing are starting to get really hard. I was uber cranky today. During my workout head down, wanting even for a moment for it all to be over. I just pushed through it and was patient with every single rep.
I woke up today with a headache, and trained through hunger to get to my lunch.
It is hard to diet for a show. I don’t think even after all these years you get used to it. You just develop better strategies over the year to keep focus and at times just cope to the next meal. You realize that the diet does work, but you have to keep at it even when it can feel like a very slow process.
I would not say that I sm hungry but the lower energy levels can make you think you are hungry or bring on cravings that would not normally be there.

I have to say that I am rwally happy iny body right now. But things are going to get hard, and harder.

It is so good to hear what you have to say about the diet and how you feel sometimes. I find comfort in knowing that even expereinced athletes and competitors still find challenge in it. I am not alone and just because I am a newbie I am not a wimp. You look great, really defined already. Great Mind Power. Keep it Up!

Hey Allison,
Just wanted to say you inspire me each time I read your blogs. You’re real and you make it easier to remember that being fit and trying to lean out is a work in progress and not an overnight deal. Some days are harder than others and that’s “ok”. You look fantastic and I’m looking forward to seeing the pics and reviews of the show! Wish I could be there to see it all in person. I’m routing for ya! Keep up the excellent work!
Francine 🙂
