Fruit Smoothie:
Basic
½ cup liquid egg whites
1 cup fruit
1 cup low fat yogurt (Source 0%)
Fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, melon, cantaloupe, cherries, cranberries, peaches, plums, oranges, lemon, lime.
1. Put everything in a blender with some ice. Mix till smooth.
Coffee flavored smoothie:
½ cup liquid egg white
1 cup low fat plain yogurt (0% source)
1 package of skinny cappuccino powder (Nescafe)
1. Put everything in a blender with some ice. Mix till smooth.
