My PT Hub Application (app) Set Up Guide

MY PT HUB APP

Training, nutrition, logging and tracking your workouts and progress is done through, an online coaching platform, called MyPTHub.

Here is a quick start guide, and set up information, including screenshots to help you get started.

DOWNLOADING THE APP

Downloading the app, will be done from the  GOOGLE PLAY STORE for android phones or from the ITUNES STORE (app store) for an iPhone.

Search “MyPTHub” in the search bar and the app should pop up.  The logo looks the same for both.

The app had an massive update, and there are two versions in the stores – use the MyPTHub, blue icon, not the CLASSIC MyPTHub that is a green icon.

Go ahead, download, and install it.

Your username is your email, and you will have to set up your own password.

If you have not purchased a package yet, go ahead and do that, and then you will have access.

I do not have access to passwords, so make sure once you choose a password, you write it down somewhere, for future logins.

THE DASHBOARD

Once logged in your will see this.
This is your dashboard.

You have a choice from 4 main options are upload photo (you can only do them one at a time)
log a workout
log your training
or put in your weight/measures.

For all my clients — you are expected to log your progress photos, measures, and weight.

  • Photos-Front, side, back, side in a bikini or boy shorts, and top.
Clear lighting, and each time you do your photos try to use the same outfit, same lighting.
Enter your girth measures in inches.
    Scale weight in lbs.

THE MENU BAR

Click the Triple bar (looks like a hamburger), then you will see your menu bar, on the left-hand side, which houses a lot of information.

We will focus on:

  • Messages (where we will communicate), along with the Facebook messager, and Group.
  • Workouts
  • Nutrition

This app also is a calorie counter, and macro counting app, so you can log your nutrition here, outside of the foods that I give you.

MESSAGES, WORKOUTS, AND NUTRITION

If you click on each one (messages, workout or nutrition), here is what you will see.

Workouts – a listing of your workouts – you will be getting between 2-4 workouts.
Could be more depending on which packages/consulting services, you are signed up for.

Nutrition Plans – where you can see all the foods, meals, and your macros/calories given to you for the day.
You will have to scroll to the bottom to view the macros/calories.

Messages – if we have messages to communicate back and forth, housing your training and nutrition, and any info all in one place.

If you have a message a red dot will appear on your communications/messages section of menu bar.

THE WORKOUTS

Each workout, has a listing of the exercises, reps, set, AND recommended weights to start at.

If you can do more then you do add more weight, than what is listed. My loads are just recommendations.

There are NOTES as well, to go with each workout – or things you should be paying attention to, indicated with a ? dot.

I tend to list the entire workout, in the notes section of each workout, as to give you a compete overview of what you should
be focussed on, or any further particular info on how to perform the exercises etc.

MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS

If you have a message, or adjustments were made to your program, or if I added a ‘FILE’ to your profile you will
receive notifications, indicated by RED DOT.

Feel free to play around with the app.  You will not mess up anything, and can always change any information you log.

If you accidentally delete it,  you can download it from the appropriate store.

All information is saved in the cloud, so it is never lost, even if the app is deleted.

With time and practice, you will learn how to use the app more efficiently.
