Greek Salad
4 – Italian tomatoes
1 – English cucumber
2 oz Low Fat Feta cheese
2 TBSP Renee’s reduced fat Greek dressing
- Dice tomatoes. Drain on paper towel
- Dice English cucumber. Drain on paper towel.
- In a medium bowel, weigh, and break a part 2oz reduced fat feta cheese.
- Add cucumber, and tomatoes.
- Stir in 2 TBSP Renee’s reduced fat Greek dressing.
- Serve immediately or let stand to let the flavors meld.
