Here are the workouts, for the February Session of FIT 515.
The training sessions are 40 min from start to finish.
Many variations are presented in each workout, so even if you are beginner to more advanced, we can always progress or regress, each movement.
We use a variety of home gym equipment, such as resistance bands, mini circle loop bands, the door anchor, dumbbells, yoga mat, and bodyweight.

Introducing FIT at 5:15am Eastern Time zone – LIVE online zoom classes, Monday to Thursday from 5:15am-5:55am.
(That would be 1 hour later in the Maritimes)

- Home workouts. We use minimal equipment (balls, bands, bodyweight, DBs)

Roll out of bed, have your mini gym set up, and my participants can tell you, we W-O-R-K the entire time. - No transfer time.
No car to warmup, drive to gym, bag to pack, go to locker room, get dressed, and then start your workout. - Early in the day 5am.
