Introducing FIT at 5:15am Eastern Time zone – LIVE online zoom classes, Monday to Thursday from 5:15am-5:55am.
(That would be 1 hour later in the Maritimes)
Here are 11 of the best reasons to take fit at 515am EST to help you move better, get stronger, and be more consistent with your workouts. Last month, our FIT515 crew accomplished 16 workouts, for the month of February.
Home workouts
You use minimal equipment. Resistance bands, door anchor, weights, mini circle loop bands, yoga mat, and a stability ball is all you need to get started.

I coach you on how to use, home gym equipment in the most effective way, to get results. Let’s build strength, build muscle, and get stronger.
Time Saver
Classes are 40 mins from start to finish. Roll out of bed, have your mini gym set up, and my participants can tell you, we W-O-R-K the entire time.
No Transfer Time
No car to warmup, drive to gym, bag to pack, go to locker room, get dressed, and then start your workout.
Early Riser
You will be amazed at how accomplished you will feel by getting your workout done early in the day. If you have ever wanted to become a morning person here is the best reason to get out of bed.
Replays available
You receive all videos, to replay at your leisure. They are individualized, and have a ton of variations to allow for progression, in strength, mobility, and endurance.

The best part of getting fit, is doing it together with other motivated individuals. No one is going to push you, so you have to do it for yourself, however, when motivation is low is reassuring to know you can rely on others to push you.
