Newtons 1st Law of Motion:
An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an external unbalanced force
Even while being acted upon by external unbalanced forces, continue to push forward, and train.
There will be days when you don’t feel like it.
‘Clock-in days’ I call them. You come in and put in the work, but you always feel better afterwards.

Exercise needs to be a PRIORITY in your life.
It sets up YOUR DAY so that you have filled up your energy tank, and now are able to give back to others in your life.
It keeps emotions in check on THOSE days (we all have THOSE days)
It puts one’s PERSPECTIVE back on the right track
It fires up creativity
It is TIME for you to give up:
?Feeling sluggish or tired
?Unmotivated to do other things
?Sense of feeling out of balance
?Feeling uncomfortable in one’s skin
All of my clients report similar stories: Exercise, Cardio, Weight Training, or whatever form it might take, helps to sustain balance in an unbalanced existence.
