Maybe you trained in the past, ie heavy, and life has taken you away from the gym — well, now you have to get back to you, and are not sure where to start. Here are some recommended squat progressions.  ⭐️ Squat progressions for a beginner/return to training client (after a layoff).

❤️Bench Squats | Bodyweight
💜DB Bench Squats
🩵DB Sumo Squats
💙Smith Machine Squats
🤍Barbell Bench Squats
💛Barbell Back Squats (preset bars)
🖤Barbell Back Squats

📌Reps, range of motion, and set can be modified to make the exercise harder, and more difficult - not just the load.
