I have an office and train out of Excellence Fitness (formerly ProGym – Fleurimont - Sherbrooke Est)
My hours vary, but Monday and Wednesday I am here, Tuesday & Thursday I am also here, but split the day as I do a Bootcamp (full body interval training) at Bishops University in Lennoxville.

I offer one on one, or group trainings.
My rates are separate from Excellence Fitness membership.

A little guidance goes a long way in developing the knowledge and confidence to keep up with your training program week after week. I will teach you about many types of training – free weights, machine, functional training, cardiovascular training, and the importance of a warmup and stretching.
I always include nutritional guidance, and the hope that my clients will become more body aware, learn more about themselves, and feel more comfortable in their own skin. Most people do not know how poorly they feel in their bodies until they start a good consistent training program, and nutritional plan.
Let’s get started on a consistent path of healthy living – including quality training, proper diet, enough sleep and having a little fun along the way.
