Proper nutrition is essential to achieving the physique goals that you desire.
Based on your food like, I will create a personalized nutrition plan. I will tell you when to eat, how much to eat, what foods to eat, and do all the thinking for you. No this is not ‘cookie cutter’. Your diet will be designed based on your goals, lifestyle, work habits, time and commitment level.
All natural foods – such as lean protein, carbohydrates (yes, you get to eat these), vegetables, lean dairy, fruit, and nuts and legumes are required to make body compositional changes – with a little room for fun every now and again.
- What do I eat – low carb, high carb?
- What do I eat around my workout – pre and post workout?
- What do I eat before bed?
- Do I have to track calories?
- How many protein, carbohydrates, and fats should I be eating?
These are some of the questions that come across my desk on a daily basis. Eating plans do not have to be complicated. I will take the confusion out of the plan, so all you have to do is implement the plan.
Diet is defined by Merriam-Webster.com dictionary as “habitual nourishment”. Frequently, we ‘nourish’ ourselves too much, and pay very little attention to our internal cues to eat – emotional hunger can overwhelm us and lead us down a path in which we no longer recognize ourselves in the mirror.
