❤️Bench Squats | Bodyweight
💜DB Bench Squats
🩵DB Sumo Squats
💙Smith Machine Squats
🤍Barbell Bench Squats
💛Barbell Back Squats (preset bars)
🖤Barbell Back Squats

📌Reps, range of motion, and set can be modified to make the exercise harder, and more difficult - not just the load.
