My website

With Christmas quickly approaching, and time getting away from me, I am putting pressure on myself to update my website more frequently.

As you can see there has been some changes. I hope you like. I will be taking the next month before a Christmas break to update as much as I can.

I am super busy with personal training (online and in the gym) and am loving every minute of it.

In other news – the Fort Lauderdale Pro – I placed 5th. A great wrap up to a fabulous year. More discussion to come in my blog.
